1) hours of access to the facility. 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week. please ensure that you vacate the facility prior to 10:00 p.m. as the computer closes off the keypad system entirely.

2) insurance: consideration should be given to ensure your property being stored is adequately insured.

3) place your own padlock on the unit as you are the only one who has the keys.

4) payments: ensure rentals are paid on time to avoid late fees and being locked out,

5) changes: please inform us of any address or phone number changes.

6) coding in: always code in and out of the facility at all times.

7) we recommend that furniture such as couches and chairs with material, mattresses, etc. be covered by such coverings as blankets, tarps and plastic

8) circulation: adequate space should be left in the storage unit for air circulation, especially in the ceiling area

9) the mouse poison in your unit can be refreshed periodically if your stay with us will be for an extended period of time.

10) the storage unit should not be used for mechanical, fabrication, manufacturing, assembly or other related purposes.

11) ensure the latch is properly in place before you put your padlock in place. failure to take this precaution could result in someone opening the unit door without your knowledge.

12) as soon as possible, advise us of your expected date of move out.

13) should your move out date fall between your due dates, the rate can be pro-rated to cut down costs when your unit has been vacated, please advise the office and make sure the lock is off and the unit door is closed

14) please leave units as clean as possible when vacating.

2) only the unit indicated on the ammendment or that is agreed to by this office, should be stored in the stall and should not include other miscellaneous items

3) you should ensure your property being stored is adequately insured.

4) when entering or leaving the facility, ensure you code both in and out at all times. do not tailgate others in or out

5) this office should be notified of any address or phone number changes.

6) when parking on the two inside island rows and you do not rent the full pull – through row, ensure your unit is parked on the yellow line.

7) please ensure your rv unit has no oil or gas leaks as this can substantially damage the pavement which could result in a cost to you.

8) ensure your property is maintained in a visibly pleasant manner and not encumbered with “other” items

9) ensure that all unattached, loose or unlocked components of your property is locked away out of sight, e.g. rv batteries, sway bars, trailer hitches, etc.

10) please let us know as soon as possible of your expected move – out date and ensure your rent is paid to this date.
